摘 要:思政课是实现立德树人教育根本任务的核心课程。梧州市坚持不懈地推动大中小学思政课一体化建设,致力于提升教学质量,实现教育的高质量发展。在这一过程中,教师的作用至关重要。思政课教师需精准把握课程内容在不同学段的系统性和连贯性,并基于学生的特点,灵活采用双元性学习方法来调整教学策略。将双元性学习策略融入思政课的教学中,可以有效明确教学目标,促进师资队伍的专业化建设,同时激发教师与学生的创新潜力。因此,要有效地将双元性学习理念贯穿于大中小学的各个学段,并激励教师在教学实践中结合利用性学习和探索性学习2种方式,以实现2种学习方法的协同效应。The ideological and political course is the core curriculum for achieving the fundamental task of cultivating Virtues and Morality.Wuzhou persistently promotes the integrated construction of ideological and political courses in primary,secondary and tertiary schools,dedicated to improving teaching quality and achieving high-quality educational development.In this process,the role of teachers is crucial.Ideological and political teachers need to accurately grasp the systematization and coherence of course content across different learning stages,flexibly adopt ambidextrous learning methods to adjust teaching strategies based on students′characteristics.Integrating ambidextrous learning strategies into the teaching of ideological and political courses can effectively clarify teaching objectives,promote the professionalization of the teaching staff,and simultaneously inspire the innovative potential of teachers and students.However,there is still a lack of awareness of ambidextrous learning implementation in schools of Wuzhou.Therefore,to effectively integrate the concept of ambidextrous learning into all learning stages of primary,secondary and tertiary schools,and encour age teachers to combine exploitative and explorative learning in teaching practice in order to achieve a synergistic effect of the two learning methods,has become an important topic to be addressed.
