摘 要:乡土文化教育对于传承优秀乡土文化,弘扬中华优秀传统文化具有重要意义。从帕森斯的AGIL模型理论来看,乡土文化教育具有多重功能:在适应功能方面,乡土文化教育能够适应中国特色社会主义教育强国、文化强国建设以及乡村振兴的需要;在目标达成功能方面,乡土文化教育的培养目标是发展青少年核心素养、健全乡村学生人格、树立乡村学生终身发展的精神支柱;在整合功能方面,乡土文化教育需要协调系统内部各要素之间的关系;在模式维持功能方面,乡土文化教育建立在辩证统一的文化价值观的基础上。AGIL模型视域下乡村文化教育的现实困境包括乡土文化教育式微,人才培养定位窄化,内部要素未成合力以及乡土文化价值“失语”。因此,乡土文化教育需要以高质量发展适应时代需要,以“精神陶炼”调整目标偏差,以要素整合增强教育合力,以价值重塑维持认同根基。Local culture education is of great significance for inheriting excellent local culture and promoting excellent traditional Chinese culture.According to Parsons’AGIL model theory,local culture education has multiple functions.In terms of adaptation function,local culture education can meet the needs of the construction of a strong socialist educational country with Chinese characteristics,a strong cultural country and rural revitalization;In terms of goal achievement function,the aim of local culture education is to develop the core quality of young people,improve the personality of rural students,and set up the spiritual pillar of their lifelong development.In the aspect of integration function,the development of local culture education needs to coordinate the relationship between various elements within the system;In terms of mode maintenance function,local culture education is based on the dialectical unity of cultural values.The realistic dilemmas of rural cultural education from the perspective of AGIL model include the diminutive of local cultural education,the narrow orientation of talent training,the lack of synergy of internal elements and the“aphasia”of local cultural value.Therefore,local culture education needs to adapt to the needs of the times with high-quality development,adjust the goal deviation with“spiritual cultivation”,strengthen the educational force with the integration of elements,and maintain the foundation of identity with value remodeling.
