摘 要:喹唑啉酮骨架广泛存在于天然源化合物中,是多种生物碱的主要结构单元,具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗疟等多种生物活性。近年来,随着药物耐药性、环境污染等现象的频繁出现,源于自然界生物的药物研发已然成为趋势。喹唑啉酮作为天然源小分子,已成为众多课题组的主要课题研究对象,其研究成果频繁发布于各大期刊。本文针对喹唑啉酮骨架的设计、合成及生物活性研究进行综述,以期为新型喹唑啉酮类药物的研发提供支持。The quinazolinone scaffold,which widely exists in natural source compounds and serves as the main structural unit of alkaloids,possesses multiple biological activities such as antitumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antimalarial,and others.Recently,with the frequent occurrence of drug resistance and environmental pollution,the research and development of drugs derived from natural products has become a trend.As a natural small molecule,quinazolinones has become the object of many research groups,and its research results have been published in major journals.The design,synthesis and biological activities of natural quinazolinones were summarized in this review.This summary can provide a basis for the discovery of quinazolinones.
