摘　　要：中医针灸临床课程是针灸推拿专业必修的主干课程,其教学效果影响学生实习甚至是毕业后的临床工作。在近几年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的大背景下,各高校均无法正常开展线下教学,线上教学已成为必然趋势。如何提高中医临床课程学生的临床能力,已经成为全国高校线上教育教学综合改革的重要内容之一。文章针对传统线上教学存在的问题进行分析,根据针灸推拿学专业特点、针灸临床能力培养的重要性,探讨“一体两步三引导”在针灸临床在线教学改革中的应用,制定相应的改革方案,旨在为相关人员提供参考和借鉴。The clinical course of acupuncture and moxibustion is a compulsory main course for the major of acupuncture and massage.The teaching effect affects students’practice and even their clinical work after graduation.In the context of the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in recent years,all colleges and universities are unable to carry out offline teaching normally,and online teach⁃ing has become an inevitable trend.How to improve the clinical ability of students of clinical courses of traditional Chinese medicine has become one of the important contents of the comprehensive reform of online education and teaching in colleges and universities across the country.This paper analyzed the problems existing in traditional online teaching,discussed the application of“one body,two steps and three guidance”teaching mode in the reform of online acupuncture and moxibustion clinical teaching according to the specialty characteristics of acupuncture and massage and the importance of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical ability training,and made corresponding teaching reform plan,aiming at providing reference and reference for relevant personnel.
