摘  要:针对凸轮运动规律曲线优化设计中描述线型单一导致的优化幅度有限和普适性差的问题,提出一种将分段曲线应用于优化设计的方法,该分段曲线由七次多项式线型和傅里叶线型组成。利用凸轮机构的设计参数构建多项式型或傅里叶型运动规律曲线,在较优曲线周围以一定分度生成点阵解集;以整体跃度最小化为目标,通过蚁群算法从解集中选取最优位移约束点,确定各段曲线描述方式;将所有条件代入分段曲线模型,计算出最优凸轮运动规律曲线。该方法应用于金属桶提手成型装置优化设计的效果良好。以5组随机设计参数的凸轮机构为例,通过该运动学分析结果表明,相比单一线型,该方法可降低10%以上的整体跃度,并具有普适性。In the optimal design of cam motion curves,to solve the problem of limited optimization and poor generalizability caused by a single curve description,a method of applying piecewise curves to the optimization was proposed,and the piecewise curve was composed of seventh polynomial lines and Fourier lines.The design parameters of the cam mechanism were used to construct polynomial lines or Fourier lines,and a dot-matrix solution set was generated around the better lines with a certain degree.To minimize the overall jerk,the ant colony algorithm was used to select the optimal displacement constraint points from the solution set,and the description lines of each segment of the piecewise curve were determined.All conditions were substituted into the model of piecewise curves,and the optimal cam motion curve was calculated.The proposed method was applied to the optimal design of the metal bucket handle forming device with good results.5 sets of the cam mechanism of random design parameters were taken as the optimization examples,and the kinematic analysis results showed that this method could reduce the overall leap by more than 10%and was universally applicable compared to a single curve.
