摘  要:跨境电商是助推我国进出口产业发展的强大动力,而产业的发展离不开人才的支撑。以海南省高职院校跨境电商人才培养为例,围绕跨文化交际能力、图片拍摄及处理能力、店铺装修及设计能力、团队意识、改革创新等18个维度对跨境电商企业进行调查,构建高职院校跨境电商人才能力素质模型,为各院校、政府、企业的人才培养工作提供建议,促进高职院校的人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧全要素、全方位融合。Cross-border e-commerce is a powerful driving force to boost the development of China’s import and export industry,and the development of the industry cannot be separated from the support of talents.Taking the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in Hainan College of Software Polytechnic as an example,this paper investigates cross-border e-commerce enterprises from 18 dimensions,including cross-cultural communication ability,photo shooting and processing ability,store decoration and design ability,team consciousness,and reform and innovation,and builds a cross-border e-commerce talent competency model in higher vocational colleges to provide suggestions for the training of talents in colleges,governments and enterprises.Promote the supply side of vocational college talent training and industrial demand side of all elements,all-round integration.
