摘　　要：文章旨在探讨《居住区规划与设计》课程的模块化教学改革,以满足现代建筑行业的需求,培养更具实际应用能力的建筑设计专业学生。通过分析模块化教学的概念与原则,与教育理论的关联,以及在建筑设计领域的理论基础,本研究详细介绍模块化教学在居住区规划与设计中的实践。模块化教学的引入、模块化课程设计和内容划分、教学方法和实践活动,以及校企合作与市场对接等关键方面都在本研究中详细探讨。文章总结模块化教学改革的重要性,为提高建筑设计专业的教育质量和学生实际应用能力提供指导。This study examines the modular teaching reform in the course"Planning and Design of Residential Areas"to meet the demands of the modern architectural industry and foster architectural design students with enhanced prac-tical skills.Through an analysis of modular teaching concepts,educational theories,and the theoretical basis in archi-tectural design,this research explores the implementation of modular teaching in residential area planning and design.The study covers key aspects such as the introduction of modular teaching,curriculum design,teaching methods,practical activities,school-enterprise collaboration,and market interface.The findings highlight the significance of modular teaching reform and provide guidance for improving educational quality and students'practical skills in ar-chitectural design.
