强师计划背景下地方师范院校内生性发展路径探析

摘  要:地方师范院校的内生性发展是学校改变以往依附式、输血式、脱域式的思路和做法,增强自身发展能力的重要举措,也是深化地方师范院校内涵式和特色化发展、合理调整教育资源再配置的有效途径。地方师范院校的内生性发展还存在主体缺位、资源失位、定位偏位、发展错位等问题。针对这些问题,地方师范院校应该以主体参与作为基础保障,以资源整合作为基本前提,以明晰师范性和在地性定位作为关键因素,以内涵发展作为根本路径,探索地方师范院校从“输血”式的外源式发展向“造血”式的内生性发展的转化路径。The endogenous development of local teachers colleges and universities is an important measure for them to change their previous dependent,transfusion-oriented,and dislocated ideas and practices of their development and enhance their self-development abilities.It is also an effective way to bring out the full potential of their development with their own characteristics and reasonably adjust the reallocation of educational resources.There are still problems such as the absence of subjects,the lack of resources,the deviation of positioning,and the misplacement of development in the endogenous development of local teachers colleges and universities.In response to these problems,local teachers colleges and universities should take subject participation as the basic guarantee,resource integration as the basic premise and clear positioning of teacher education as the key factor,and take the development of connotation as the fundamental path,so as to explore their transformation from the exogenous development of“transfusion”to the endogenous development of“hematopoiesis”.
