摘 要:临床药学专业属于综合性应用技术学科,但在人才培养方面仍存在教学模式和方法尚不成熟等问题。基于此,中国医科大学药学院临床药学专业将“培养有较强实践能力和终身学习能力,懂医精药的高素质临床药学专门人才”作为培养目标,经过20年的尝试与探索,构建新型培育链条、创建“8+3+3”懂医精药型教学体系、精筑同质化评估机制、搭建国际化协同育才载体,为懂医精药的临床药学专门人才培养提供经验与参考。Clinical pharmacy is a comprehensive applied technology discipline,but there are still immature teaching models and methods in personnel cultivation.Based on this,the Clinical Pharmacy major at the School of Pharmacy of China Medical University aims to cultivate personnel engaged in high-quality clinical pharmacy with strong practical and lifelong learning abilities,as well as learning of knowing medicine and adept at pharmacy.After 20 years of trial and exploration,we have constructed a new cultivation chain,created an"8+3+3"teaching system of learning of knowing medicine and adept at pharmacy,established a homogenized evaluation mechanism,and built an international collaborative personnel cultivation carrier.To provide experience and reference for the cultivation of clinical pharmacy personnel who know medicine and adept at pharmacy.
