摘　　要：康复专科医院放射诊断学实习生多为大专院校学生,学习基础薄弱、实习时间较短。同时,康复专科医院临床患者数量有限、病种类型单一,带教工作起步较晚、经验不足。基于以上实际和特点,以康复专科“三甲”医院放射科为例,分析专科医院放射诊断学实习带教现状与存在的不足,并提出相应的对策,以期为提高专科医院实习带教质量提供参考。Most of the radiodiagnosis interns in rehabilitation specialized hospitals are collegians with weak learning foundation and have a little internship time.And little clinical patients with unitary disease and the internship teaching newly started with less experience in rehabilitation specialized hospitals.Taking the radiology department of a certain Grade-A rehabilitation specialized hospital as an example based on the above reality and characteristics to analyze the status and shortcomings on internship teaching of radiodiagnosis in specialized hospitals and propose corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of internship teaching in specialized hospitals.
