“产学研用”理念下增材制造工程微专业探索与实践

摘  要:为有效应对增材制造工程专业人才需求,弥补本科专业人才培养周期过长、培养人才单一等不足,开发增材制造工程微专业项目,围绕项目设计“自由探索式”教学模式和“轻数量重质量”课程体系,以“固定+流动”形式打造师资队伍,邀请企业工程师、大师学者走进课堂,建立创新导向的考核方式与分级评价标准,并将微专业人才培养与学科竞赛紧密结合,经过三年的教学实践,已取得初步育人成效。In order to effectively address the demand for professionals in additive manufacturing engineering and overcome the shortcomings of undergraduate talent cultivationsuch as the overly long training cycle and the homogeneity,a micro-major project Additive Manufacturing Engineering is developed.Centered on this project,a"free exploration"teaching model and a"quantity-light,quality-heavy"curriculum system is designed.The teaching staff is built in a"fixed+floating"format,inviting corporate engineers and renowned scholars to participate in classroom teaching.An innovation-oriented assessment method and graded evaluation criteria have been established.The micro-major talent cultivation is closely integrated with subject competitions.After three years of teaching practice,initial educational outcomes is obtained.
