摘　　要：数字化转型时代背景下,文旅行业的数字化转型现状对传统旅游管理专业人才的培养提出了挑战。高职院校文旅专业人才培养在人才培养目标、完善专业设置与课程体系、创新教材设计、改革教学模式、加强实践教学与推动各方协同联动等方面存在较多问题,从时代需求和行业转型发展需求出发提出的新的人才培养思路和方式是:优化培养目标,完善专业设置和课程内容,创新教材形态,提升教师数字化素养,加强实践教学。In the era of digital transformation,the current situation of digital transformation in the cultural tourism industry poses challenges to the cultivation of traditional tourism management professionals.There are many problems in the cultivation of cultural tourism professionals in vocational colleges,such as talent-cultivation goals,improving professional settings and curriculum systems,innovating textbook design,reforming teaching models,strengthening practical teaching and promoting collaborative linkage among all parties.The new talent-cultivation ideas and ways proposed from the needs of the times and industry transformation and development are to optimize training goals,improve professional settings and curriculum content,innovate textbook forms,enhance teacher digital literacy,and strengthen practical teaching.
