新文科建设背景下经济学拔尖创新人才选拔路径探索——以中国人民大学“中国特色经济学”实验班为例

摘　　要：新文科建设中的经济学拔尖创新人才选拔与培养具有重要的现实意义,经济学拔尖创新人才选拔以价值引领和目标导向为原则,从人文素养、思维能力和技术适应力等方面设置选拔标准。通过设立全国首个以“中国特色经济学”命名的实验班,中国人民大学经济学院就拔尖创新人才选拔进行创新性探索并取得初步成效,主要经验包括高度重视选拔工作、坚持将理想信念作为第一要求、注重考查学生人文素养、让人才培养回归经济学教育本质、在选拔过程中实现交叉融合等。The selection of top innovative talents in economics in the construction of new liberal arts has profound practical significance.Guided by value-leading and goal-oriented principles,its selection standards are set from humanistic literacy,thinking ability,and technological adaptability.As the first experimental class named"Chinese Characteristic Economics"in China,the School of Economics at Renmin University of China has made innovative explorations and achieved initial results in selecting top innovative talents.Its main experiences include attaching great importance to selection work,prioritizing ideals and beliefs as primary requirements,emphasizing examination of students'humanistic literacy,refocusing talent development to the essence of economic education,and achieving cross-integration throughout the selection process.
