摘 要:新时代城乡义务教育师资一体化是指城乡义务教育教师在空间上具有同等地位,在身份上具有共同归属感,在资源拥有上具有对等交换价值,在关系上具有互助性共享和互惠性交换。当前城乡义务教育师资尚未实现一体化发展,尤其在发展共享、资源对等交换、身份认同等方面尚有较大差距。“互助互惠”式共享具有相互性、黏合性和共生性特征,具备推动城乡义务教育师资一体化发展的可能性,因此,可以“互助互惠”式共享方式生成城乡义务教育师资一体化发展的共同资源,激发教师推动城乡义务教育师资一体化的主动性,实现城乡义务教育师资一体化发展。The integration of urban and rural compulsory education teachers in the new era refers to the fact that urban and rural compulsory education teachers have equal status in space,a sense of common belonging in identity,equal value in resource ownership and exchange,and mutual benefit and reciprocity in relationships.So far,the integrated development of compulsory education teachers in urban and rural areas has not yet been achieved,and big divergence is seen in sharing development,equal exchange of resources,and identity recognition.The "mutual aid and mutual benefit" sharing mechanism,which has a cohesive power and creates the symbiotic relationship,has the possibility of promoting the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education teachers.Therefore,it can generate common resources for the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education teachers,stimulate teachers to take the initiative in promoting the integration,and finally achieve the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education teachers.
