摘　　要：体育素质教育是素质教育不可或缺的一部分,其主要教育目的为提高学生的身体素质,促进其身心健康发展。在高校体育教学训练中,通过教学必要的体育知识与体育技能,达到提高学生体育素质的目的,这是最常用的体育教学方式。当前高校体育教学中,体育素质教育内容相对较少,更多地为单项学习、体测训练等。鉴于素质教育具有重大价值,高校方面应抓紧改变当前体育教学训练现状,加紧将素质教育融入体育教学训练之中。In quality-oriented education,sports quality education is an indispensable part.Its main educational purpose is to improve the overall physical quality of students,promote healthy physical and mental development.In the teaching and training of college physical education,teaching necessary physical education knowledge and skills,to achieve the purpose of improving students' physical education quality,is the most commonly used way of PE teaching.In the current physical education teaching and training in colleges and universities,most of which are single learning,physical training and so on,the content of sports quality education is not enough..In view of the great value of quality education,colleges and universities should pay close attention to changing the present situation of physical education teaching and training.and achieve the integration of quality education into physical education training.
