摘  要:目的本研究采用超声、低共熔溶剂辅助酶法提取姜黄药材中的姜黄素。方法在单因素实验的基础上,选定酶用量、酶解pH、酶解温度3个因素为响应变量,姜黄素提取率为响应值,进行响应面优化试验。结果确定最优工艺条件为:酶添加量为13.66%、pH为4.8、酶解温度为59.6℃,在该工艺下姜黄素提取率可达到55.56 mg/g,验证实验提取率为55.16 mg/g。结论超声、低共熔溶剂辅助酶法能够高效提取姜黄素,具有良好应用前景。Objective In this study,ultrasonic and deep eutectic solvent-assisted enzymatic methods were used to extract curcumin from turmeric.Methods On the basis of the single-factor experiment,the three factors of enzyme dosage,enzymatic hydrolysis pH and enzymatic hydrolysis temperature were selected as response variables,and the curcumin extraction rate was selected as the response value,and a response surface optimization experiment was conducted.Results The optimal process conditions were determined to be:enzyme dosage 13.66%,enzymatic pH 4.8,enzymatic temperature 59.6℃.Under this process,the curcumin extraction rate can reach 55.56 mg/g,and the verification experimental yield is 55.16 mg/g.Conclusions Ultrasound and deep eutectic solvent-assisted enzymatic methods can efficiently extract curcumin and have good application prospects.
