基于产教融合的设施农业科学与工程专业实践教学模式探索——以内蒙古农业大学为例

摘　　要：产教融合的不断深化旨在将高等院校专业设置与产业结构高度匹配、教学内容与岗位需求专项融合,进而实现院校人才培养与企业用人需求无缝对接。通过解析产教融合与地方院校农科专业人才培养之间的联系、农科专业实践教学存在的问题及产教融合在农科专业实践教学改革中的作用,以内蒙古农业大学设施农业科学与工程专业为例,探索基于产教融合的专业实践教学模式,为新农科复合应用型人才的培养提供借鉴。The continuous deepening of the integration of industry and education aims to highly match the professional setting of colleges and universities with the industrial structure,and the special combination of teaching content and post demand,so as to realize the seamless connection between the personnel training of colleges and universities and the employment needs of enterprises.By analyzing the relationship between the integration of industry and education and the training of agricultural professionals in local colleges,the problems existing in the practical teaching of agricultural majors and the role of the integration of production and education in the practical teaching reform of agricultural majors,taking the facility agricultural science and engineering major of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an example,this paper explores the professional practical teaching model based on the integration of industry and education,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of new agricultural compound applied talents.
