摘  要:培育和建设市域产教联合体是加快推进现代职业教育体系建设改革重点任务之一。要以党的二十大精神和“共同体”思想为指导,坚持问题导向,解决市域真受益、产教真融合、主体真联合等难题。在培育建设路径上,要加强顶层设计,建立产教协同创新治理机制;强化职普融通,畅通技术技能人才成长通道;深化产教融合,赋能区域经济社会高质量发展;探索科教融汇,助力产业转型升级和技术创新,服务新质生产力发展。Cultivating and building a municipal industry-education consortium is one of the key tasks to accelerating the reform of modern vocational education system construction.Guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the concept of community,we must adhere to a problem-oriented approach and solve problems such as true benefits for the city,true integration of industry and education,and true unity among subjects,etc.During the construction,we need to strengthen top-level design and establish a collaborative innovation governance mechanism for industry and education;strengthen the integration of vocational education and higher education to ensure smooth growth channels for technical and skilled talents;deepen the integration of industry and education to empower high-quality development of regional economy and society;and explore the integration of science and education to facilitate industrial transformation,upgrading,and technological innovation.
