摘 要:采用幼儿园实习指导教师支持问卷、学前教育专业大学生专业认同感量表和自尊量表为研究工具,对江苏省6所本科院校的177名学前教育专业本科生进行调查,以探讨幼儿园实习指导教师支持与学前教育专业本科生专业认同之间的关系。结果表明:学前教育专业本科生专业认同处于中上水平,其中专业情感维度得分最低;学前教育专业学生在实习时感知到的幼儿园实习指导教师支持处于中上水平,其中,评估支持和工具支持维度得分较低;幼儿园实习指导教师支持对学前教育专业本科生的专业认同具有显著的正向预测作用;自尊在幼儿园实习指导教师支持与学前教育专业本科生专业认同的关系中发挥调节作用。据此,高校和幼儿园应培养学前教育专业本科生的专业情感,关注其自尊水平,重视实习指导教师的遴选和考核,制定可行的实习指导教师工作规范,搭建“高校—实习生—幼儿园”三方对话平台,多方位为幼儿园实习指导教师提供支持。By using the Kindergarten Internship Mentor Support Questionnaire,the Professional Identity Scale for Preschool Education Undergraduates,the Self-Esteem Scale as research tools,a survey among 177 preschool education undergraduates from six universities in Jiangsu Province was conducted to explore the relationship between the support of kindergarten internship mentors and the professional identity of preschool education undergraduates.The results showed that the level of professional identity of preschool education undergraduates was in the middle to upper range,with the lowest scores on the dimension of professional emotion.The level of the support of kindergarten internship mentors perceived by preschool education undergraduates was in the upper middle range,with relatively low scores on the dimensions of assessment support and instrumental support.The support of kindergarten internship mentors played a significantly positive predictive role in the professional identity of preschool education undergraduates.Self-esteem played a moderating role in the relationship between the support of kindergarten internship mentors and the professional identity of preschool education undergraduates.Accordingly,universities and kindergartens should cultivate the professional emotion of preschool education undergraduates,pay attention to their self-esteem level,attach importance to the selection and assessment of internship mentors,formulate feasible norms for the work of internship mentors,and set up a tripartite dialogue platform for universities,interns and kindergartens to provide support for kindergarten internship mentos in various aspects.
