摘 要:检验住院医师规范化培训(简称检验住培)是检验医师提高专业水平的关键实践环节。其中的教学查房扮演着不可或缺的角色,对于培养学员的临床思维和问题解决能力至关重要。教学查房应注重贴近实际,强调现场解决问题的实践能力,而不仅仅是传递理论知识。然而,在评估教学查房时,存在将其简化为传统的小讲课或案例讨论的趋势,这可能导致住培学员在面对临床难题时的应对能力明显不足。为了解决这一问题,本文在检验住培教学查房中引入案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)和以问题为导向教学法(problem-based learning,PBL),旨在培养学员解决实际问题的能力。CBL通过呈现真实病例,有效协助学员理解并解决实际临床问题,促使其培养独立思考和判断的能力。而PBL则通过构建问题情境,引导学员主动参与学习和探究,激发其在查房中更深层次地思考和学习体验。文中总结了CBL和PBL在检验住培教学查房中的应用优势,并提出了未来研究的可能方向。通过这些教学方法的应用,有望更全面地提升住培学员的实际应用能力和专业水平,为培养检验医学专业人才奠定坚实的基础。Standardized training protocol for resident physicians in laboratory medicine is a critical practice for enhancing the professional competence of laboratory physicians.The teaching rounds within this training program can play an indispensable role in cultivating clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills among trainees.It is essential to emphasize practicality in teaching rounds,focusing on the ability to solve on-site problems rather than merely delivering theoretical knowledge.However,there is a tendency to simplify the evaluation of teaching rounds into traditional lectures or case discussions,which could significantly undermine the residents’ability to address practical clinical challenges.To address this issue,this paper introduces the application of case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)in laboratory medicine residency training teaching rounds,aiming to cultivate trainees’abilities to solve real-world problems.CBL,by presenting authentic cases,effectively assists trainees in understanding and resolving actual clinical issues,prompting the development of their independent thinking ability and judgment.On the other hand,PBL,by constructing problem scenarios,guides trainees to actively engage in learning and exploration process,stimulating deeper thinking and learning experiences during rounds.The paper summarizes the advantages of applying CBL and PBL methods in laboratory medicine residency training teaching rounds and suggests potential directions for future research.Through the implementation of these teaching methods,it is anticipated that the practical application abilities and professional competence of residents can be comprehensively enhanced,which can lay a solid foundation for cultivating skilled professionals in laboratory medicine.
