数字化时代下广东专精特新企业创新机制的演进路径

摘　　要：专精特新企业发力于产业基础领域,是产业创新的重要策源高地,有力推动核心技术攻关和产业化应用,但随着数字化时代的到来,专精特新企业的创新模式和机制发生深刻变化。以广东省专精特新企业为研究对象,在全面梳理广东省专精特新企业的区域和行业特征后,从技术发展和数字化转型探讨数字化对企业创新机制的影响,进而提炼广东省专精特新企业创新机制的演进路径和实现机制,并以深圳的欣旺达电子股份有限公司为典型研究案例,探讨数字化进程中其创新机制的演进路径。研究发现:第一,广东省专精特新企业主要集中在新一代电子信息产业集群,地区主要分布在广州、深圳两地,存在显著的行业和地区差异;第二,数字化技术通过提高创新效率、推动多元化创新和促进团队协作影响企业创新,而数字化转型通过促使企业转向开放式创新、强化创新文化和捕捉个性化创新需求三个层次优化企业创新机制;第三,广东专精特新企业创新机制的演进路径主要有从产品创新向数据驱动的智能服务创新模式转变、从单一创新向集成化创新模式转变、创新主体从单一向多元化(如与大学、研究所和孵化器合作)转变以及创新政策推动专精特新企业发展四条创新发展路径;第四,构建开放创新机制、构建协调创新机制以及构建生态创新机制是数字化时代下广东省专精特新企业创新生态的实现机制;第五,政府应进一步完善创新支持政策激励专精特新企业开展创新活动,如建立企业创新激励制度,设立科技发展专项基金、推动产业技术研究院等机构的建设。This paper takes the SSTEs in Guangdong Province as the research object.After comprehensively sorting out the regional and industry characteristics of SSTEs in Guangdong Province,it explores the impact of digitalization on the innovation mechanism of enterprises from the perspective of technological development and digital transformation,and then refines the evolution path and implementation mechanism of the innovation mechanism of SSTEs in Guangdong Province.The study found that:first,SSTEs in Guangdong Province are mainly concentrated in the new generation of electronic information industry clusters,mainly distributed in Guangzhou and Shenzhen,with significant industry and regional differences;second,digital technology improves innovation by efficiency,promoting diversified innovation and promoting team collaboration affect corporate innovation,while digital transformation optimizes corporate innovation mechanisms at three levels by promoting companies to shift to open innovation,strengthening innovation culture and capturing personalized innovation needs;third,The evolution path of Guangdong SSTEs innovation mechanism mainly includes the transformation from product innovation to data-driven intelligent service innovation model,the transformation from single innovation to integrated innovation model,and the transformation of innovation subjects from single to diversified(such as cooperation with universities,research institutes and incubators)and innovation policies promote four innovative development paths for the development of SSTEs;fourth,building an open innovation mechanism,building a coordinated innovation mechanism and building an ecological innovation mechanism are the mechanisms for realizing the innovative ecology of SSTEs in Guangdong Province in the digital era;in the end,the government should further improve innovation support policies to encourage specialized and new enterprises to carry out innovative activities,such as establishing an enterprise innovation incentive system,setting up special fu
