摘 要:人才是第一资源,人才决定着企业的兴衰,国铁企业的健康发展离不开人才保障。针对国铁企业人才招聘现状和存在的不足,探讨如何做好国铁企业人才招聘,提出做好企业人才规划,测算人才招聘需求,对人才招聘工作具体流程进行分析说明,重点评述4种常用的人才甄选方式。通过合理预测招聘需求,积极优化招聘流程,选择合适人才甄选方法,进一步提高国铁企业人才招聘工作成效。Talents are the primary resource and talents is crucial to the rise and fall of enterprises.The healthy development of na⁃tional railway companies can not be realized without talent guarantee.In response to the current situation and shortcomings of talent re⁃cruitment in national railway companies,this paper explores how to improve talent recruitment,proposes to improve enterprise's talent planning,calculates talent recruitment needs,and explains the specific process of talent recruitment,and focuses on assessing four com⁃monly used talent selection methods.By reasonably predicting recruitment needs,actively optimizing the recruitment process,and se⁃lecting appropriate talent selection methods,further improve the effectiveness of talent recruitment in national railway companies.
