摘 要:《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》提出要全面改革学生评价机制,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展。当前高职院校学生综合素质测评还存在内容不清晰、工作机制不完善、信息化不强等问题,针对高职院校学生综合素质测评现状与问题,运用多元智能理论等理论进行分析研究,从高职院校学生素质发展模型的构建、评价指标体系的建设、高职院校学生素质发展目标链和价值链动态监控三个方面,尝试探索高职院校学生综合素质测评发展建设新路径,从而提升高职院校人才培养的质量。The Overall Plan of Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era proposes to reform the student evaluation mechanism in an all-round way and promote the all-round development of students’moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic work.At present,there are still some problems in the evaluation of students’comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges,such as unclear content,imperfect working mechanism and weak informationization.Based on theories such as Multiple Intelligences Theory,from three aspects of the construction of quality development model,the construction of the evaluation index system,the target chain of students’quality development and the dynamic monitoring of the value chain,this paper tries to explore a new way to develop the comprehensive quality evaluation of students in higher vocational colleges,and improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
