摘 要:为解决核心能力不支撑建筑产业转型升级新需求;教学内容滞后“岗”“赛”“证”标准,方法手段、评价方式不适应岗位新要求;“岗”“课”“赛”“证”脱节错位未形成合力三个问题,本文创新人才培养理念,形成“三个1”的课程改革范式,对接岗赛证标准,探索了“岗课赛证”融通的课程改革路径,丰富了STEM教学模式理论,创设了“四步进阶”的双师型STEM教学模式。基于BIM技术的课岗赛证融通教学模式符合建筑行业转型升级发展与“中国制造2025”战略的需要,将对我国BIM技术人才培养起到重要的示范、引领作用。To address the issues of inadequate core competencies supporting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry to meet new demands,outdated alignment with the“post”,“competition”,and“certification”standards in teaching content,methods and evaluation approaches that do not meet the new job requirements,and the lack of coherence and synergy between“post”,“course”,“competition”,and“certification”,this study proposes an innovative concept for talent cultivation.It establishes a curriculum reform paradigm called the“three-in-one”approach,aligning with the post,competition,and certification standards,and explores a curriculum reform path that integrates the“post-course-competition-certification”components.This enriches the theory of STEM teaching models and introduces a“four-step advancement”dual-teacher STEM teaching model.The BIM-based curriculum model that integrates the post,competition,and certification aspects aligns with the needs of the construction industry’s transformation and upgrading,as well as the“Made in China 2025”strategy.It will play a significant role in demonstrating and leading the development of BIM talent cultivation in China.
