摘  要:课程思政是高职院校教学体系的重要组成部分,能够促进课程教学与思想政治教育有效融合,做到以立德为根本、树人为核心,将立德树人内化到教学过程始终。“档案管理学”课程应注重挖掘档案价值、强化育人效果,借助档案资源、提升“四个自信”,规范档案管理、培育工匠精神。教师通过明确课程思政目标,利用校内仿真实训场所,结合校外实践活动,引导学生正确理解课程思政的要义并有效践行。Curriculum ideological and political education is an important component of the teaching system in vocational colleges,promoting the effective integration of curriculum teaching and ideological and political education,and making moral education an important goal of talent cultivation in"Archive Management"."Archival Management"should focus on exploring the value of archives,strengthening the effectiveness of education,utilizing archive resources,enhancing the"Four Confidences",standardizing archive management,and cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship.By clarifying the ideological and political objectives of the curriculum,utilizing simulated training venues on campus,and combining with extracurricular practical activities,teachers guide students to correctly understand the essence of ideological and political education in the curriculum and effectively practice it.
