摘  要:在新时代的地方立法实践中,各地享有立法权的人大,在调整职业教育法律关系层面,通过了多部名称中带有“促进”字样的规范性法律文件。促进型立法在职业教育领域的运用,以促进产教融合、校企合作为切入点。在分析了职业教育促进型立法现实动力的基础上,总结职业教育促进型立法的产生过程和现状、实践样态及特点,针对面临的困境,提出完善我国职业教育促进型立法的建议。In the practice of local legislation during the new era,the local people's congress,which enjoy legislative power,have passed multiple normative legal documents with the word"promotion"to adjust the legal relationship of vocational education.The application of promotive legislation in the field of vocational education aims to promote the integration of industry and education,as well as college-enterprise cooperation.On the basis of analyzing the practical driving force of promotive legislation for vocational education,this paper summarizes the emergence and current situation,practical patterns,and characteristics.Suggestions are provided for improving the promotive legislation for vocational education in China in response to the difficulties it faces.
