摘　　要：推进高等教育内涵式发展,要“以人为中心”完善大学人才培养考评制度。通过塔勒布“沉默证据”的反思视角来检视结果导向下的大学人才培养考评制度,发现考评的唯指标倾向造成评价过程性证据沉默,考评证据主体的缺位造成评价主体性证据沉默,考评结果的终结性取向造成评价风险性证据沉默。通过完善过程性证据链条、“以生为本”完善证据主体的观测视角、修正考评导向挖潜证据反馈价值,能发挥大学人才培养考评制度的潜在价值。In order to enhance the connotative development of higher education,it is necessary to perfect evaluation system of talent cultivation on the basis of being person-oriented.The study examined outcome-directed evaluation system of talent cultivation via Taleb's"silent evidence"logic,and found that the tendency to“focus on indicators”leads to the silence of evidence in the evaluation process;The absence of students as evaluation-related beneficiaries results in the silence of evaluation subjective evidence;The terminal orientation of evaluation results lead to the silence of risk evidence.The potential value of university talent cultivation evaluation system can be displayed through perfecting the process evidence chain through breaking through the method barrier,“student-oriented”perfecting the observation perspective of the evidence subject,revising the evaluation orientation,and exploring the feedback value of potential evidence.
