摘  要:为了对盾构隧道结构设计过程进行降本增效,基于SaaS模式和B/S架构开发了一个Web端的盾构衬砌辅助设计平台(TIM-SAP)。TIM-SAP面向盾构衬砌结构设计业务进行功能交互设计和算法开发,基于生成式建模、网格划分、结构计算、渲染后处理等模块设计程序流程、函数及其调用接口。TIM-SAP能提供衬砌建模、衬砌拼装、隧道建模、荷载计算、横向结构计算、纵向结构计算、衬砌配筋和衬砌出图共8个功能,覆盖建模、计算、配筋、出图的相关作业。其功能模块开发主要用到的技术包括面向B-rep的参数化建模、基于KNN的围岩解析、参数化结构计算和基于RF的配筋方案生成。先通过武汉地铁12号线工程算例对TIM-SAP进行计算结果的调试,然后在武汉新港线盾构隧道设计工程进行了项目应用。研究结果表明,现有成熟的土木工程设计功能模块可以被进一步地集成以实现数字化设计平台和系统的开发。基于算例进行功能调试后,TIM-SAP的计算结果能与现有软件保持一定吻合。结合项目应用情况,TIM-SAP能免去复杂的网格处理、收敛优化、检索查表等操作过程,并提供“一键”生成式建模以支持设计文档中的附图和三维表现。经过与现有软件的操作对比,TIM-SAP减少设计人员的8~60 min工作耗时。该研究成果能提升地下工程的数字化、自动化设计水平。In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency for shield tunnel structural design,a web-based digital design platform of shield tunnel linings(named TIM-SAP)was developed based on the B/S architecture.The TIM-SAP focused on the functional interaction design and algorithm development for shield tunnel lining structure design.It was based on the modules of generative modeling,meshing division,structural calculations,post-rendering processing and designs program flows,functions,and invocation interface.TIM-SAP has eight functions consisting of shield modeling,assembly,tunnel modeling,earth load calculation,structural calculation,reinforcement design,and drawing.It can provide the services of modeling,calculating,reinforcement design,and drawings.The main technologies used in these function developments included parametric modeling for B-rep,KNN-based surrounding soil analysis,parametric structural calculation,and DT-RF-based reinforcement scheme generation.The calculation results of TIM-SAP were first adjusted through Wuhan Metro 12th Line design project,followed by its application in the design project of the Wuhan New Port Line shield tunnel.The results indicate that it can enhance digital design platforms or systems development by integrating existing mature functional modules in civil engineering design.After adjusting in Wuhan Metro 12th Line,the calculation results of TIM-SAP can be consistent with those of existing tools.In the context of its implementation in the Wuhan Metro Xingang Line design project,the TIM-SAP has the capacity to circumvent some intricate operational tasks such as mesh handling,optimization of convergence,table searching,among others.It offers‘one-click’model generation,thereby facilitating graphical illustrations and three-dimensional representations in pertinent design documentation.Upon comparative evaluation with the extant software,TIM-SAP potentiates a reduction in time expenditure ranging from 8 to 60 minutes.This study has the potential to augment and enhance the digital a
