摘　　要：校企合作是应对社会经济发展新形势需要的重要手段,适用于应用型本科高校工商管理类专业。为构建校企深度合作机制,应从以下几个方面入手:建立校企合作平台,共同构建能够满足实际需求的实践课程体系,加强推进双师型师资队伍建设,保证高质量教学资源的支持,建立利益相关者协调机制,维持双方合作的良好关系。并且要进一步完善合作机制,确保合作的顺利进行。School-enterprise cooperation is an important means to meet the needs of the new situation of social and economic development,and it is suitable for the business administration majors of applied undergraduate universities.In order to construct the mechanism of the deep cooperation between university and enterprise,it should pay attention to the following aspects to promote the integration:to establish the platform of the cooperation between university and enterprise,to ensure the support of high-quality teaching resources,it should jointly construct the practical curriculum system to meet the actual needs and strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers,establish a coordination mechanism for stakeholders to maintain good relations between the two sides.And to further improve the cooperation guarantee mechanism to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation.
