摘 要:通过高职英语专业大一学生学习负动机调查数据分析得出个人学习心态、教学质量与方法、学习环境与设备、自我学习管理是影响高职英语专业学生学习负动机的主要因素,提出基于“脚手架”教学理论的教学策略:运用方向型、任务型、情境型、资源型、交互与协作型、评价型等“脚手架”,提升高职英语专业学生的学习自信心和成就感,解决教师教法单一、教材难度高和不实用、学习策略缺失和学习氛围不足等问题,使教学过程更有变化和针对性,减少负动机的产生。This thesis documents the results of a survey on the demotivation of English learning among first-year English major students at Shantou Polytechnic.Data analysis has identified that individual learning attitudes,teaching quality and methods,learning environment and facilities,and self-learning management are the primary factors influencing the demotivation in English learning among higher vocational English major students.It suggests educational strategies grounded in scaffolding pedagogical theory,which involve the implementation of various forms of instructional support such as directive,situational,task-based,resource-based,interactive and collaborative,and evaluative scaffolds.These are designed to enhance the learning confidence and accomplishment of students in vocational English majors,to address challenges including uniform teaching practices,the impracticality and high level of difficulty of instructional materials,the absence of learning strategies,and the inadequacy of the learning environment.The goal is to diversify and tailor the teaching process more effectively,thereby diminishing the genesis of learning demotivation.
