摘 要:为提升现场工程师软件测试技能,满足快速发展的软件行业对高质量软件测试人才的迫切需求,文中以教育学理论为基础,结合现代教育技术,设计了一套面向现场工程师培养的“软件测试”课程教学模式改进方案。该方案通过创新线上线下混合式教学模式,围绕现场工程师培养需求优化课程内容,搭建智慧化教学平台,立足“软件测试”课程教学改进目标加强教师队伍人才培养等策略,优化了教学过程。结合软件工程专业学生实践教学案例,发现改进后的教学模式对提高学生软件测试技能,增强学生实践能力,促进学生批判性思维能力具有重要影响,可为软件测试教育提供新的思路。In order to improve the software testing skills of field engineers and meet the urgent demand for high-quality software testing talents in the rapidly developing software industry,this paper designs an improvement plan for the teaching mode of“software testing”course for field engineer training based on pedagogy theory and modern educational technology.The plan optimizes the teaching process by innovating the online and offline blended teaching mode,optimizing the course content around the training needs of field engineers,building a smart teaching platform,and strengthening the talent training of teachers based on the teaching improvement goal of“software testing”course.Combined with the practical teaching cases of software engineering students,it is found that the improved teaching mode has an important impact on improving students̓software testing skills,enhancing students̓practical ability,and promoting students̓critical thinking ability,which can provide new ideas for software testing education.
