摘 要:近几年来,快递公司对物流装备技术的依赖日渐增长,自动化分拣等装置在物流企业中迅速普及,但在供包环节无论是半自动化还是自动化作业中仍以人工上包为主,供包效率低、人力成本居高不下。因此,针对物流行业供包环节,设计一款能够实现无人供包的装置具有较大的工程应用价值。在查阅大量资料的基础上,确定方案的可行性并采用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模,针对无人供包装置中的全向轮平台,以单个全向轮模块为研究对象进行分析,建立运动学方程,分析无人供包装置的运动特性。采用SolidWorks motion软件仿真工具对货物在全向轮平台进行运动仿真分析,采用ANSYS Workbench对单个模块进行模态分析,通过对全向轮的各阶模态固有频率分析,避免共振影响。最后,制作出基于全向轮的无人供包装置的试验样机。In recent years,express companies become increasingly dependent on the logistics equipment technology,and au⁃tomated sorting devices are rapidly popularized in logistics enterprises.However,in the process of packaging,whether semi⁃auto⁃matic or automated operations,manual packaging is still the main trend,so the efficiency is low and the cost of manpower is high.Therefore,it is of great importance to design a device,which can be widely used in terms of engineering and realize unmanned packaging in the logistics industry.Firstly,based on a large amount of data,efforts are made to verify that this scheme is feasible on one hand and use SolidWorks for three⁃dimensional modeling on the other hand.Secondly,for the omnidirectional wheel plat⁃form in the unmanned packaging device,with the focus on the single omnidirectional wheel module,the kinematics equation is worked out,and the unmanned packaging device’s motion characteristics are explored.The SolidWorks motion simulation tool is used to analyze the movement of goods on the omnidirectional wheel platform,and the ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the mode of every single module.The resonance effect is avoided by analyzing the natural frequencies of each mode.Finally,an ex⁃perimental prototype of the unmanned packaging device is made based on the omnidirectional wheel.
