摘 要:为了分析MT-2缓冲器在调车连挂作业时的容量需求问题,基于摩擦式缓冲器非线性力学特性及车辆调车冲击受力特点,建立了铁道货车纵向冲击动力学模型,对调车过程中不同车辆质量、不同速度、不同编组方式及不同车体刚度等工况下MT-2缓冲器容量需求进行了分析。研究结果表明:缓冲器做功与车辆质量和连挂速度的平方成正比,冲击车和被冲击车数量都大于2辆时冲击面缓冲器的容量需求将与车辆数量无关。对同时考虑质量、速度、编组方式、车体刚度的缓冲器容量需求值进行了函数拟合,完成了比例系数κ、μ和λ的求解;不同车辆数量之间冲击时,不同车钩号的缓冲器做功值大小不一,在冲击面车钩号的缓冲器做功值均为最大,沿着冲击面前、后的车钩号逐渐递减,调车冲击时计算容量需求值时应不考虑车体刚度,以重车冲击重车模式时冲击面的缓冲器容量需求为准。Here,to analyze capacity requirements of MT-2 buffer during shunting and coupling operations,the longitudinal impact dynamic model of railway freight car was established based on nonlinear mechanical characteristics of friction buffer and impact force characteristics of vehicle shunting.Capacity requirements of MT-2 buffer under different vehicle masses,speeds,grouping methods and car body stiffnesses during shunting were analyzed.The study results showed that work done by buffer is directly proportional to vehicle mass and square of coupling speed;when the number of impact vehicles and the number of impacted vehicles are both larger than 2,capacity requirements of buffer on impact surface are independent of the number of vehicles;function fitting is performed for buffer capacity demand values simultaneously considering mass,speed,grouping method and car body stiffness,and 3 proportional coefficients,and are solved;when impacts among different numbers of vehicles happen,work values done by buffers with different coupler numbers are different,work values done by buffers with coupler numbers on impact surface are all the maximum,work values done by buffers gradually decrease along directions of both sides of impact surface;when calculating capacity demand values during shunting impact,car body stiffness should not be considered,and the capacity demand value of buffer on impact surface during using the mode of heavy car impacting heavy car should be taken as the standard.
