摘  要:目的了解急诊科护士的生育意愿并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取国内3个直辖市和9个省58所医院共937名急诊科护士作为研究对象,采用自设的急诊科护士生育意愿调查问卷进行调查,分析影响因素。结果急诊科护士生育意愿总体偏低(42.05%),月收入、婚姻状况、生育情况、工作强度、排班方式、理想子女数是急诊科护士生育意愿的主要影响因素。结论急诊科护士的生育意愿整体处于较低水平,护理管理者可针对低收入、已婚急诊护士进行个体化管理,应以需求为导向,采用合理的排班策略,动态调整急诊科人力资源,平衡工作强度并定期对急诊科护士行专业心理疏导,助力国家生育政策落实。Objective To understand the fertility intentions of emergency nurses and analyze their influencing factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the fertility intention of emergency nurses.A total of 937 emergency nurses from 58 hospitals in 3 municipalities and 9 provinces in China were surveyed as objects to analyze the relevant factors affecting the fertility intention.Results The overall fertility intention of emergency department nurses was relatively low(42.05%).The monthly income,marital status,fertility status,work intensity,scheduling,and ideal number of children were the main influencing factors of fertility intention among emergency nurses.Conclusion The overall fertility intention of nurses in emergency department is at a low level,and individual management can be carried out for married nurses and nurses with low monthly income.The nursing managers can be demand-oriented,develop reasonable scheduling plan and nurse training plan,carry out psychological intervention regularly.So that it can balance work intensity and regularly providing professional psychological counseling for emergency nurses to assist in the implementation of the national fertility policy.
