航空专业第三学期课程改革探析

摘　　要：随着我国航空产业的快速发展与变革,专业系统性也变得越来越强,传统的教学体制面临挑战。为满足社会和企业的人才供给需求,以第三学期建设作为切入点,展开对航空专业第三学期的探索。通过教学模式(模块化教学,大单元项目式教学,人才分流、同步教学,产学研一体化)结合教学内容(实践性课程和实习项目、跨学科课程、研究型课程等)进行研究,以达到提升高校的办学质量,满足企业的人才需求,拓宽学生的发展道路的目的。With the rapid development and change of China's aviation industry,the systematic nature of the profession has become stronger and stronger,and the traditional teaching system is facing challenges.In order to meet the talent supply demand of the society and enterprises,the third semester construction is used as the entry point to start the exploration of the third semester of aviation majors.Through the teaching mode(modular teaching,large-unit project-based teaching,talent streaming,synchronous teaching and integration of industry,academia and research)combined with the teaching content(practical courses and internship projects,interdisciplinary courses,research-based courses,etc.),research is carried out in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of universities,meeting the talent demand of enterprises and broadening the development path of students.
