南宁市老年教育需求调查及影响因素科学分析

摘　　要：满足老年人学习需求是扩大老年人社会参与、建设老年友好型社会的重要基础。但受各种因素影响,老年教育存在课程供给量不足、师资力量薄弱、课程类型缺乏特色与科学指导、课程内容不能满足老年人需求、经费难以保证等问题。本调查对象主要是南宁市6个城区的老年人,通过调查问卷与访谈的形式分析各城区老年教育现状与老年人的具体学习需求。基于DRT理论,分析老年人学习得不到满足的影响因素。Addressing the learning needs of the elderly is crucial in order to enhance their social participation and contribute to the development of an age-friendly society.However,the field of elderly education faces several challenges.These include a lack of sufficient course offerings,inadequately trained teachers,a lack of distinctive and scientifically guided course types,insufficient course content to cater to the specific needs of the elderly,and difficulties in securing funding.The study aims to summarize and analyze the current state of elderly education in each urban area,as well as identify the specific learning needs of the elderly by conducting questionnaires and interviews form six urban districts of Nanning City.This study utilizes DRT theoretical analysis to examine the factors that influence the elderly's dissatisfy action of learning.
