摘　　要：“树树笼烟疑带火,山山照日似悬金。行看采掇方盈手,暗觉馨香已满襟。”唐代诗人张彤的诗句是重庆梁平柚的生动写照。聪慧勤劳的梁平人通过精深加工,开发出柚汁蜜、柚子酒、柚子糖、柚子精油等200多款产品。其中,梁平柚乡三宝柚汁蜜、柚小仙玫瑰柚子酒分别入选2023年、2024年“重庆好礼”外事礼品。时光沉淀美味梁平是中国名柚之乡,柚子栽培历史悠久,古称夔柚。“Trees in mist,a fiery haze,mountains bathed in golden rays.Admiring,picking and upon touching,over my whole being has the fragrance sprayed.”These lines from poet Zhang Tong of the Tang Dynasty vividly depict the life in Liangping,Chongqing,the homeland of pomelo.With intelligence and diligence,the local people have developed over 200 products finely processed from pomelo,including pomelo honey,pomelo wine,pomelo candy,and pomelo essential oil.Among them,the PomeloSampo pomelo honey and the PomeloFairy rose pomelo wine have been listed as“Chongqing Gifts for Foreign Affairs”in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
