摘 要:德育是学校教育工作永恒的主题,教师德育领导力是学校德育工作的支点。教师德育领导力主要包括教师的组织能力、引领能力和学科育人能力。营造氛围、榜样示范、课程融入德育是实现教师德育领导力的重要路径。教师德育领导力的保障策略是学校层面重视、教师团队层面做好评价及个人层面注重个人提升。Moral education remains an everlasting theme in school education,and teachers moral leadership serves as a crucial support for school moral education work.Teachers moral leadership primarily encompasses their organizational ability,guiding ability,and disciplinary ability in fostering moral growth.Creating an atmosphere,modeling demonstration,and integrating moral education into the curriculum are significant paths to realizing teachers moral leadership.Additionally,this paper proposes safeguarding strategies that emphasize the importance of moral education at the school level,effective evaluation within the teacher team,and personal development at the individual level.
