科教融汇背景下高职院校科研平台建设的改革与实践

摘　　要：在科教融汇背景下,深入剖析科教融汇与高职院校科研平台建设的适切性、高职院校科研平台的定位与特质,研究分析高职院校科研平台建设存在定位精准性不够、资源共享机制不健全、团队科研能力不匹配、科研与教学相互转化效果不佳等问题,并根据柳州职业技术学院科研平台建设经验,提出构建产业导向的科研平台架构、搭建产教融合的协同创新网络、打造多元化的联合团队、创新科教联动模式方法等对策。旨在进一步优化高职院校科研平台的建设,使之更加符合科教融汇的要求,提升高职院校科研创新能力与服务水平,为新质生产力发展注入不竭动力。Under the background of the Science and Education Integration,the appropriateness of Science and Education Integration for the construction of scientific research platforms,and the positioning and characteristics of scientific research platforms in higher vocational colleges are research.The problems in the construction of research platforms in vocational colleges,insufficient precision of positioning,inadequate resource sharing mechanism,mismatch of team scientific research ability,and poor mutual transformation between scientific research and teaching are anatomized.Based on the experience of scientific research platform construction in Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College,four strategies have been proposed:constructing an industrial-oriented scientific research platform structure,building a collaborative innovation network integrating production and education,building a diversified joint team,and innovating science and education linkage modes and methods.It will help further optimize the construction of the research platform in vocational colleges,making it more aligned with the requirements of science and education integration,enhancing scientific research innovation capabilities and service levels,and providing a continuous power for new quality productive forces.
