以服务精神为核心的高职院校校园文化建设路径研究

摘　　要：校园文化建设是高校思政教育和全方位育人的重要组成部分,在大学生人才培养中具有不可替代的作用。目前,高职院校校园文化建设存在单一化、功利化、物质化的倾向,注重表面形式、轻视内涵挖掘,注重自身效果、轻视系统管理,注重内部建设、轻视社会服务。服务理念是服务文化的精神内核,该文从高职院校校园文化的困境及作用入手,研究以服务精神为核心的高职院校校园文化建设路径,依托思政教育主阵地、建强师生队伍主力军、聚焦服务社会主战场,将校园文化融入技能教育、文化素养教育、社会实践就业等,构建人本、奉献、创新的校园文化精神力,提升校园文化的软实力和综合竞争力。Campus cultural construction is an important component of ideological and political education and all-round education in universities,and plays an irreplaceable role in talent cultivation for college students.At present,there is a tendency towards singularity,utilitarianism,and materialization in the construction of campus culture in vocational colleges.They focus on superficial forms but underestimate the exploration of connotations,pay attention to their own effects,underestimate system management,and prioritize internal construction while neglecting social services.The service concept is the spiritual core of service culture.Starting from the difficulties and roles of campus culture in vocational colleges,this article studies the path of campus culture construction in vocational colleges with service spirit as the core.Relying on the main battlefield of ideological and political education,strengthening the main force of teachers and students,and focusing on the main battlefield of serving society,campus culture is integrated into skills education,cultural literacy education,social practice employment,etc.,to build a humanistic,dedicated,and innovative campus culture spirit,and enhance the soft power and comprehensive competitiveness of campus culture.
