新疆以国家通用语言文字铸牢中华民族共同体意识的现状、意义及实践理路

摘　　要：新疆地区地处边疆,与多个国家和地区接壤,在稳边护边工作中承担着重要职责。近年来,新疆在维护社会稳定的基础上大力推广国家通用语言文字,并取得了显著成效。通过调研走访发现,新疆地区的国家通用语言文字工作得到了政府的大力扶持,全民受教育程度水平也明显提升。实践证明,国家通用语言文字作为生产要素有利于推动新疆区域经济发展,有利于增强新疆各族群众对祖国语言文字的认同,尤其是在铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作中发挥着关键作用。在此基础之上,该文认为推广国家通用语言文字和尊重并保护新疆各民族语言文字二者之间并不是对立或竞争的关系,因此,提出新疆地区既要大力发展国家通用语言文字事业,同时也要尊重各民族语言文字,目的在于能够为国家通用语言文字和其他各民族语言文字之间的良性发展提供借鉴。Xinjiang is located in a frontier region and bears important responsibilities in maintaining border stability.In recent years,Xinjiang has actively promoted the national common language on the basis of maintaining social stability,achieving significant results.Though research and visits,it has been found that the national language and characters campaign in Xinjiang region has been backed up by strong policy support,and the education level of the local population has seen significant improvment.Practice has proven that the intensified promotion of the national common language plays a crucial role in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in Xinjiang.In this context,this paper believes that promoting the national language and characters while respecting and preserving the languages and characters of various ethnic groups in Xinjiang does not contrast or compete with each other.To this end,this paper proposes that Xinjiang should not only step efforts to promote the national language and characters,but give respects to the languages and characters of all ethnic groups for the purpose of inform the healthy development of both the national language and characters and the languages and characters of ethnic groups.
