安源精神融入“大思政课”的育人向度与实践进路

摘　　要：安源精神伴随着百年党史的推进不断得到深化与发展,经历了源发期、形成期、稳定期、成熟期等多个阶段的演变。安源精神蕴含着丰富的育人资源,与“大思政课”具有价值同一性、内容耦合性和时机的恰切性。安源精神融入“大思政课”既是对“大思政课”内容的有效拓展,也是丰富安源精神的时代要求。立足“大思政课”培根铸魂的根本要求,用“义无反顾、团结齐心、勇于斗争、敢为人先”的安源精神赋予“大思政课”党性、人民性、革命性和创新性的鲜明特性。安源红色资源保护开发与利用整合大资源,专业教师、管理干部和学生工作者联手提供大师资,大—中—小—幼的有序衔接实现大贯通,传统小课堂、社会大课堂和网络新课堂联动构筑大阵地,家—校—政—企—社多向发力实现大协同,是安源精神融入“大思政课”的实践进路。The spirit of Anyuan has been deepened and developed along with the advancement of a hundred years of party history,and has gone through many stages of evolution,such as origin,formation,stabilization and maturity.The spirit of Anyuan contains rich resources for educating people,and has the same value,coupled content and appropriate timing with the"big ideological and political class".The integration of the spirit of Anyuan into the"big ideological and political class"is not only an effective expansion of the content of the"big ideological and political class",but also a requirement of the times to enrich the spirit of Anyuan.Based on the fundamental requirements of the"big ideology and politics course"to cultivate roots and cast souls,the spirit of"righteousness,unity and solidarity,the courage to struggle,dare to be the first"of the Anyuan spirit gives the"big ideology and politics course"the party nature,The spirit of Anyuan gives the"Great Ideology and Politics Course"the distinctive characteristics of party nature,people's nature,revolutionary nature and innovative nature.The protection,development and utilization of red resources in Anyuan integrates big resources,professional teachers,management cadres and student workers join hands to provide big teachers,the orderly articulation of university,middle school,primary school and young children realizes big coherence,the linkage of traditional small classroom,social classroom and new classroom on the Internet constructs big positions,and the multi-directional force of family,school,government,enterprise and society realizes big synergy,which is the practical way for the integration of Anyuan Spirit into the"Great Ideology and Politics Course".This is the practical way of integrating the spirit of Anyuan into the"big ideology and politics course".
