护理健康处方在老年牙列缺损病人种植牙修复中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理健康处方在行种植牙修复的老年牙列缺损病人中的应用效果。方法 选取80例2023年1—12月在本院接受种植牙修复的老年牙列缺损病人,根据随机数表法分为2组,每组40例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施护理健康处方护理。干预3个月后,比较2组的口腔健康素养、心理状态、牙周状况及种植修复满意度。结果 干预后,观察组的口腔健康素养量表(HELD-14)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分、修正版牙科焦虑量表(MDAS)评分、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、探诊深度(PD)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组种植修复满意度明显高于对照组(95.00%比77.50%,P<0.05)。结论 实施护理健康处方干预可有效提升行种植牙修复的老年牙列缺损病人的口腔健康素养,并改善其心理状态、牙周状况,进而提高种植修复满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing health prescriptions in the elderly patients with dental defects undergoing dental implant restoration.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with dental defects who underwent dental implant restoration in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divide into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received nursing health prescription care on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the oral health literacy,psychological status,periodontal status and satisfaction with implant restoration were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the oral Health Literacy Scale(HOLD-14)score was significantly higher,and the scores of self-perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)and modified Dental Anxiety Scale(MDAS),plaque index(PLI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and probing depth(PD)were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of implant restoration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.00%vs 77.50%,P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing health prescription interventions can effectively enhance oral health literacy,improve psychological and periodontal conditions,and further enhance satisfaction with dental implant restoration in the elderly patients with dental defects undergoing dental implant restoration.
