摘　　要：中医骨伤科学是中医学教学体系中的主干课程,具有很强的实践性。课程要求学生在深入理解中医基础理论基础上,掌握常见骨伤科疾病的诊断和治疗。随着高等教育教学改革的深入及社会的高速发展,传统的教学模式已无法满足复合型人才的培养需求。基于教学大纲要求和课程特点,在教学中运用虚拟仿真技术,能生动直观地帮助学生补充解剖学知识,增强对损伤病因病机和局部病理变化的理解,有助于教学质量提升。目前虚拟仿真试验的教学项目仍处于探索阶段。此文基于现状与存在的问题,积极探索中医药院校中医骨伤科学虚拟仿真试验教学项目的建设思路,以期优化中医骨伤科学的教学模式,提升相关教育教学平台的建设水平。Orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine is the main course in the teaching system of traditional Chinese medicine, which has strong practicability. The course requires students to have a comprehensive understanding of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and traumatology, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases. With the deepening of higher education teaching reform and the rapid development of society, the traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet the training needs of versatile talents. Based on the requirements of the teaching syllabus and the characteristics of this course, the application of virtual simulation technology in teaching can vividly and intuitively help students to supplement their anatomical knowledge, enhance their understanding of the causes, pathogenesis, and pathological changes of injuries, and contribute to the improvement of teaching quality. At present, the teaching project of virtual simulation experiments is still in the exploratory stage. This article is based on the current status and problems of virtual simulation experimental teaching projects, actively exploring the construction ideas of the virtual simulation experimental teaching project of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine in university of Chinese medicine, in order to optimize the teaching mode of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of related education and teaching platform.
