思政视域下传统医德融入高职护生培育的策略研究

摘　　要：此文主要探讨了大思程政视域下传统医德融入高职护理院校学生培育的策略。通过对传统医德内涵与特点的分析及其在高职护生职业道德教育中作用的探讨,提出了将传统医德融入高职护理院校教育的策略。研究表明,传统医德的传承可以帮助护理学生树立正确的人文价值观和职业道德观,提高其实践能力和职业素养,对于护理人才的培养和护理质量的提升具有积极的促进作用。This paper mainly discussed the strategy of integrating traditional medical ethics into the education of nursing students in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of great ideology and politics. Through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of traditional medical ethics and its role in the professional ethics education of nursing students in higher vocational colleges, it put forward the strategy of integrating traditional medical ethics into the education of nursing. The research showed that the inheritance of traditional medical ethics can help nursing students establish correct humanistic values and professional ethics, improve their practical ability and professional quality, and play a positive role in promoting the training of nursing talents and the improvement of nursing quality.
