摘　　要：数字经济背景下,企业如何平衡稳定性与创新变革的策略显得尤为重要。基于变革理论,以2015-2021年上市公司为研究对象,实证分析数字经济对绿色创新的影响及组织惯性的中介作用。研究发现,数字经济促进企业绿色创新,对组织惯性发展与革新有积极影响;数字经济发展能够通过影响组织惯性,推动企业绿色创新。研究结果为我国企业在数字经济背景下的绿色创新实践提供指导,有助于企业实现可持续发展目标。In the context of digital economy,how enterprises can innovate and change while maintaining stability is worth discussing.Based on the theory of change,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital economy on green innovation and the mediating role of organizational inertia by taking listed companies from 2015 to 2021 as the research object.It is found that digital economy promotes green innovation of enterprises and has a positive impact on organizational inertia development and innovation.The development of digital economy can promote green innovation of enterprises by influencing organizational inertia.The results provide guidance for the green innovation practice of Chinese enterprises in the context of digital economy,and help enterprises to achieve sustainable development goals.
