摘　　要：目的了解参与休闲体育活动对大学生网络成瘾的影响。方法采用方便抽样,通过问卷星向260名在校大学生发放包括基本信息和网络成瘾诊断量表的线上问卷开展调查,回收的数据录入SPSS 27.0进行统计学分析。结果260名大学生中,网瘾143人,占55%,其中轻度45.4%,中度9.6%,无重度。年龄、民族、年级和参加休闲体育活动与否对网瘾发生有显著影响(P<0.05)。修正泊松回归结果表明,在控制民族、年级、年龄因素的前提下,参与休闲体育活动与否对网瘾的发生有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论在校大学生网瘾发生率较高,主要是轻度;参与休闲体育活动可预防网瘾发生。Objective To understand the effect of participation in leisure sports on internet addiction among college students.Methods Convenience sampling was used and an online questionnaire was distributed to 260 college students through Question-star.The questionnaire included basic information and Internet addiction diagnostic scale,and the data were entered into SPSS 27.0 for statistical analysis.Results Among the 260 college students,143 or 55%were Internet addicted,of which 45.4%were mild,9.6%were moderate,and none were severe.Age,ethnicity,grade level and participation in leisure sports activities or not had a significant effect on the occurrence of Internet addiction(P<0.05).The results of modified Poisson regression showed that participation in leisure sports activities or not,grade level and age had an effect on the occurrence of Internet addiction(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of Internet addiction among college students is high and mainly mild;participation in leisure sports activities can prevent the occurrence of Internet addiction.
