摘  要:We developed a magnetic solid-phase extraction method using Fe_(3)O_(4)@polydopamine(Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDA)as adsorbents,coupled with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),for the enrichment and quantification of trace matrine and oxymatrine pesticide residues in tea.The adsorbent was easily synthesized at room temperature with high yields(500 mg).We investigated and optimized several factors that influence the efficiency of the method,including matrix pH,adsorbent amount,adsorption time,type of elution solvent.
