摘 要:机载光电吊舱具有重要的军事及民用价值,减振设计是机载光电吊舱关键技术之一。对常见的几种机载光电吊舱减振系统进行有限元仿真分析,设计试验对不同布局减振系统的静动态特性进行研究。研究结果表明,减振系统布局形式对光电吊舱的成像质量影响非常大,光电吊舱减振系统布局采用解耦结构形式可减小系统的振动。Airborne optoelectronic pods have important military and civil values,and vibration damping design is one of the key technologies of airborne optoelectronic pods.Several common vibration damping systems of airborne optoelectronic pods are analyzed by finite element simulation,and tests are designed to study the static and dynamic characteristics of the vibration damping systems with different layouts.The research results show that the layout of the vibration damping system has a great influence on the imaging quality of the optoelectronic pod,and a decoupled structure form for the layout of the vibration damping system of the optoelectronic pod can reduce the vibration of the system.
