摘 要:车辆轻量化成为矿用自卸车主要发展趋势,货箱轻量化尤为重要。以有限元分析为研究基础,论述铰接车货箱轻量化设计。简述货箱基本结构及工作原理,通过计算机辅助设计,对4种典型工况下货箱的应力及位移情况进行仿真计算。根据仿真分析的结果,对货箱局部进行优化,以此得到一种铰接车货箱轻量化的设计方案。Lightweight vehicles have become the main development trend of mining dumpers,and lightweight cargo boxes are especially important.With finite element analysis as the research basis,the lightweight design of cargo boxes of articulated vehicles is discussed.The basic structure and working principle of the cargo box are briefly described,and the stress and displacement of the cargo box under four typical working conditions are simulated and calculated through computer-aided design.Based on the results of the simulation analysis,local optimization of the cargo box is carried out to obtain a lightweight design scheme for the cargo box of the articulated vehicle.
